1. Build Healthy Habits
Not all of our habits are healthy. We have many routines and habits on autopilot that we have been practicing for so long, that we are now unaware of them.
Look at small habits and make a positive change.
When you first wake -don’t look at your phone - take 5 minutes to stretch, check in with yourself and wake up first.
When you get home - If you put the TV on without even knowing what’s on, take 5 minutes to put on music that makes you feel good or something that makes you laugh.
Small continuous habits create big results.
2. Focus First
If you are feeling very stressed, take your focus away from yourself and focus only on an object in your immediate surroundings.
Look at it and notice every detail about it. Taking your focus elsewhere and away from yourself can give you the time between thought and reaction that you often need when stressed.
3. Put some music on
Music is a state changer - from calming you down, making you smile, energising you and lots more!
Put simply, music is incredibly beneficial for your mind, body and soul.
If you feel like you need a lift emotionally, or could use some help to feel calm, music is a simple and easy way to help change how you are feeling - fast!
