In a global survey conducted by Equiem, the provider of your community platform, we captured the insights of 2,988 office workers in the US, UK, and Australia.
The survey's aim was to understand what you – the people who used to spend four or five days a week in the office – are looking for in your work life in a post-COVID world.
We learned that events, community, connection, food and amenities are the factors that have an impact on the amount of time workers spend in their offices.
Here's what we found out about thoughts on hybrid working:
84% of workers believe they are as – or more – productive under a hybrid work model
52% of respondents said that knowing who will be in the office is the most essential information for successful hybrid working
46% said this information could influence them to spend more time in the office
50% identified isolation as the biggest challenge of hybrid working
